MR. FARIS BIN NAYEF AL-HARBI, CEO OF THE FIRM
(Founder and partner)
Mr. Faris is a seasoned lawyer and the CEO of Dalil Al-Imtiaz Law, Documentation, and Arbitration Firm. He is a member of the Saudi Bar Association and possesses over 14 years of experience in the field. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sharia and a master’s degree in commercial law. He is licensed to practice the legal profession, a certified notary by the Ministry of Justice, and has obtained numerous certificates and accredited courses in Sharia and law.
His professional experience includes:
- He has an experience spanning more than seven years in the judicial and notary public facilities.
- He has also accumulated over ten years of managerial expertise, having led five legal departments throughout his professional journey.
- Faris has contributed over five years as a lawyer, legal consultant, and overseer of legal affairs for more than seven major companies, playing a key role in the development of their legal departments.
LAWYER DR. ABDUL RAHMAN BIN FAYEZ AL-OBAID
He is a highly experienced partner at Dalil Al-Imtiaz Law, Documentation and Arbitration Firm. He is a pioneer in the legal field, bringing over 37 years of expertise. Dr. Al-Obaid holds several advanced degrees including a bachelor’s degree in Sharia, a master’s degree in jurisprudence, and a doctorate in jurisprudence. He maintains an active law license and has earned numerous certificates and accredited courses in related subjects. Additionally, he is a member of the Saudi Bar Association.
His professional experience includes:
- Over 37 years working within the judicial system (Single Judge), starting in individual courtrooms and eventually leading several judicial chambers in general, family, and criminal courts. He rose to the role of Court of Appeal President.
- More than 3 years as an attorney and legal consultant.
DR. ABU AL-KHAIR ABDEL-AZIM AHMED, COOPERATING LEGAL ADVISOR
A LEGAL AUTHORITY DR. ABU AL-KHAIR ABDEL-AZIM AHMED is an esteemed Egyptian jurist. Holding the positions of professor of law, lawyer, consultant, and arbitration expert, he has authored several legal encyclopedias available in Arab libraries. Dr. ABU AL-KHAIR’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Laws, a Master’s in Private Law and Judicial Sciences, and a Doctorate in Civil and Commercial Procedure Law from Tanta University. He has also completed an English language course at the American University and two computer courses at the Faculty of Commerce, Tanta University.
His extensive career in Egypt
- ABU AL-KHAIR began as a trainee lawyer in 1988 and progressed to work as a lawyer in the court of first instance from 1990 and court of appeals from 1998 till 2008, eventually becoming a lawyer in cassation from 2008 till 2009, before relocating to Saudi Arabia in 2009.
- His practical experiences in Egypt encompass writing regulations, memorandums, objections, and handling various legal matters, including contract drafting and legal research.
- Experience in drafting all contracts.
- Legal researcher and author, experience in writing research papers.
Upon his relocation to Saudi Arabia,
Dr. ABU AL-KHAIR’s contributions can be divided into two phases.
- Firstly, he spent four years ( from 2010 till 2014) teaching in the private colleges of Buraidah, the private colleges of Qassim, then the College of Sharia, Qassim University).
- Subsequently, he worked in the field of law, consulting, and litigation for six years (from June 2016 till July 2022), serving as a legal advisor in the Al-Bishr office in Riyadh (for about a year) and later as a legal advisor to a prominent commercial company classified as first class from 2017 until July, 30th Currently, he is a cooperating legal advisor with Dalil Al-Imtiaz Law, Documentation, and Arbitration Firm.
- Throughout his career, Dr. ABU AL-KHAIR has handled diverse cases, including commercial and criminal matters.
His research and literary contributions
These cover a wide range of topics, such as various researches and books, including: (Mediation in dispute settlement, a practical alternative to overcome litigation problems – Arbitration in private and international commercial disputes in accordance with the Saudi and Egyptian systems – Internal arbitration and international commercial arbitration – Proof in civil and commercial matters – Scientific research methodology in legal sciences – The role of evidence Jurisdiction in criminal proof – human rights in accordance with Islamic law and international conventions).
